Change Facebook ac on Spotify

Hi, my stupid friend logged in with his facebook account when he borrowed my Spotidy account. I've had a premium ac for more than 3 years and I really want t keep the account! 

What can I do, I didn't create my Spotify account using Facebook.

I would be happy for any help I could get, thanks

Preferences > Social Network > Disconnect..

I guess it's a reward for buying Spotify so early on in the procces!
