Change Password mail does not come in my mailbox

I forgot my password and want to change it.

Spotify says t send an e-mail, but it isnt in my mailbox. So no i cant get on spotify. And i pay premium lol.

please check the Spam folder of your email account.

Sometimes the Spotify Emails get sent to this folders.
