My initial issue was that I wanted to change my linked fb on my account. Spotify said Id need to cancel old account and create a new one. They also said they'd copy my playlists to my new account but what they did was follow the playlists from the old account. When signing up for premium on the new account via mobile, it's unclear that when you enter your mobile number that your signing up to be billed via your phone bill through the boku service. I never agreed to that and before I knew it I was signed up. Not clear at all.
I contacted spotify via Twitter. They said I needed to contact boku to resolve it. After a stern reply informing them of my discontent as I'd only wanted to change my fb, spotify instantly (within 2 minutes) cancelled the boku payment and replied on Twitter. Their online help about account payment is outdated and useless.
So problem resolved but spotify just simply need better documentation and not tell customers that they need to contact boku to resolve one minute, then Resolve it themselves the next after complaining. Premium signup payment needs to be clearer too.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

You can also tweet to @SpotifyCares on Twitter for help.
