My Question or Issue

 So I have family premium and my moms email was hacked so we need to change the email address on spotify, well we are logged into the account on her phone already but can't change the email and we deleted the hacked email so now we aren't sure how to change that part of it to even get into the account on a desktop. I hope that made some kind of sense. Please help!
