Change account for premium

Hello Spotify, please help me. Can I transfer my premium to another account and avail to the P9 premium subsciption. I thought when I upgraded to premium in this account I could avail the P9 4 months premium subscription but it was only for a month and cost P129. Please. Can I transfer it to another account and avail the P9 premium subscription?

We're afraid this offer's only available for accounts that have never been Premium before, using a card that has also never been used to pay for a subscription or to sign up for a trial before.
