Change account name

Hello there!

I'm sorry if there is already a subject out there with this problem, but would really appreciate some input from you lot.

I used to share a spotify account with my partner and we named our account "Fabendomi" (to both our names).
Since we broke up a while ago I will now be the one to carry on with the account, and thus wish to change the name.

However I cannot find any function to do so?

Any help would be highly appreciated, thank you. 🙂

Hey @Fabosaurus,

Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to change a Spotify username.

You can create a new account with the username you want and then send a contact form request (http://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/) to have your stuff transferred over.
