Hello together,

i have create a family premium account. first spotify ask after the addres of my family members. here i insert the wrong adress (not mine, the name and adress of member) where i can i change the adress ? not the email 🙂

I don't think that should be a big issue because all members live at the same address anyways?

 

Please remember that to invite someone to your Premium for Family subscription, they must:

  • Reside at the same physical address as you.
  • Be a Free user, or a Premium user who purchased their Premium directly from Spotify.

Hello im just thinking why spotify dont create a simple tool to change de address

It will be very cool 

I live you my family and when i invited i put my address and this thing just say that the address is wrong.

my husband add me to a family premium plan.

several days ago i received a mail from spotify asking me to confirm the address so they could proove I live with him. I did it and their answer was that they can't confirm that it's correct. As a result I have free app again even tho my husband is paying gamily plan. How do we solve it? Unsuscribing Spotify? That`s the answer he received!!!

I had same problem yesterday. Me and my Wife move from older apartment to new one, I mean, new address. In my profile I changed only the Post Code. Because Spotify not allowed change full address by profile link change. Then, I invited her again, but spotify say that can't , because the address is wrong. .

If you move, or enter the wrong details, you need to create a new account and subscribe to Premium for Family on that account. Don’t forget to cancel the subscription on your old account 🙂

is like spotify doesn't want to hear our problem

is so simple if spotify doesnt want to loose their costumers

please put the feature to change the addresses

There's no set amount of votes but it has to get quite a few before it's going into consideration and will receive an update by the Spotify staff. 🙂

Hi, I had the same issue, and I understand that I have to create another account but what happen with my followers and my playslists??? I will lose everything??? There is any way to import those settings?

I'm pretty sure that it's possible to transfer your music, followers etc. from your old profile to your new one. To do this, just reach out to Support and they'll be happy to help.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
