Change country and card.

Change country and card.

I have moved to Sweden from Norway and my old card issued from Norway has expired. The payment couldn´t be handled. I got an e-mail saying that I need to update the payment method /card. But I can´t change to a card issued in Sweden while my country settings is set on Norway. But I can´t change the country setting without changing the card. So now I´m stuck.. 

I have no other way to pay for the last month without updating to my new Swedish card..

Thanks for reaching out.

 

In this case, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you can change your country setting through the dropdown menu here.

 

Once that's done, you can subscribe to your desired plan using your payment method that's been issued in Sweden at https://spotify.com/premium.

 

Instructions on how to cancel and how that affects your account can be found at https://support.spotify.com/article/cancel-premium/.
