Change country form is greyed out

I moved to Taiwan in 2013 but only started using Spotify again recently. Now it won't let me sign in because my country doesn't match, and I'm unable to change my country because the box is greyed out. I sent a support message and that directed me to post something here. Can someone adjust my country to Taiwan, please?
