Change country from United Kingdom to Ireland

Hi,

From the profile page (https://www.spotify.com/us/accounts/profile/) I am unable to modify my country from 'United Kingdom' to Ireland. Is this a problem with my profile or is it by design?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

What country does this page have your IP located at? Try using a VPN if it doesn't say Ireland.

If it does say Ireland and you still can't change it, submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can look into it for you.
If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

Do you have a free or premium account? If you have premium, in what country is your payment method located? (For instance: a creditcard from the United Kingdom, will not let you change it to Ireland)

Hi,

The country on that webpage is Ireland.

The issue has been resolved, when I went to the profile page to modify my country Ireland was availableon the drop down.

I'm not sure what resolved the issue but I also updated my Facebook country to Ireland (As I sign in with facebook to my Spotify free account) It was previously United Kingdom.
Anyone else with the issue I would suggest contacting spotify via the link Anthony left. Thanks for your help All.
