Change country with Facebook login

Hi

I have same issue that I want to change the country sitting. But it seems if I login with Facebook I can't change it. I know there is another post about the same problem two years ago, but I didn't see how it sovled. Hi,

It didn't work. The slectction in country box, only one country- Canada. And I want to change to Taiwan. So please tell me other way to change it.
