Change country

I bought i 1 years subscription in USA for a trip but know i'm in my house in FRANCE and i can't change it but i still have SPOTIFY PREMIUM for 6 month !!!

how can i do ??????

As a Premium subscriber, your country setting will be set to the location of the payment details you are paying with. If your card is based in the US, you won't be able to change your location unless you change your payment details.
