I moved from germany to the USA. If I try to change my country, it shows me the message that my email address is alreday used. That actually right because I'm using it. It's my email address. So I can't change my country and can't log in.

While I do not have an exact answer for you, I recommend you walk through the steps listed in this help article. They are in regards to billing, but if you are a premium user, it could help with switching countries. If all else, try changing your country from another device. It may seem simple, but sometimes the simplest things can fix difficulties.
