Change country

I have been in the USA for 2 months now and am trying to update the country on my account. I’ve downgraded to a free account but am still only getting the uk option against my country. How do I update this?

I'd recommend checking this FAQ for more information.

Also, if you're using any VPN's that may re-route the connection to UK the website won't notice that you're in US.

If that doesn't work you could try resetting your device's network settings.

No I’m not using a vpn I’m on an American data contract and American WiFi and nothing is letting me see USA as a country option

Hi - facing a similar challenge, I'm in Dubai and unable to change country as I can only see Germany and GB as options. I'm not on a VPn and have followed the recommended steps with no luck. Is there a way to reset my account?

Thanks for getting back to us.

Try to change the country in an incognito browsing session. If that didn't help as well, try to close your account and sign up for a new one. The country in your new account will be the country you currently live in.
