Change country

I am Premium user and I was living in Lisbon. It has been 4 months that I am living in Germany and I would like to change the country and change the payment mode from my Portuguese Credit Card to "Code Gifts". When I try to change country in my profile i see that is blocked with Portugal. How can I change this? Thank you for the support

Hmm, you may need to contact Spotify.

 

You can't always get help from the Spotify help page or community, and Spotify knows that.

I tried and yes it changes to Germany, but then I tried to insert the Gift Code and it says that the code is not valid in that country, because it still appears in my profile that I have a portuguese account. In the profile page it is still blocked...

Hi Joe,

it seems you know a lot about spotify.

My and several of my collagues problem is: we are located in germany but our spotify sometimes turns into french. french playlists, french charts, french texts, but german ads. how can I get back to a full german view?
