Change country

I created my account in Italy but now I live in Switzerland.

 

I changed the country on my profile but still I cannot connect.

 

What can I do?

The same here, I'm from Spain and I live in Germany for 2 years now, never had a problem with it until a few days ago when I was told there was some problems with my payment (my paypal Account is the same and I have enough money in it!!). I tried to fix it with no success so I downgraded to free Spotify waiting to later upgrade again.
Then I was asked to login again in the android app and BAM! I can't because apparently I've been abroad more than 14 days (LOL) and I have to change my country in my profile. I updated it and I can't login either!! It says the same!
My Account is working properly on my Computer, so I don't understand what's wrong. I've downloaded the app again but it happens the same 😞
I couldn't find any solution in this forum.
Plus they have no Hotline or livechat with their customer care, so I can't fix it.
Shame on you Spotify, looks like you just lost a loyal Premium Customer to Amazon Music... So sad 😞
