Change country

Hello,

I moved from the US to France and I am not managing to change my country in my profile. In the drop down menu I see only the USA. This is preventing me from joining the family plan created by my husband.

Are you currently a Free or Premium user?

I was a Premium user until recently- I cancelled my subscription to move to the family plan.

Are you on the Free or Premium plan right now? Do you still have Premium features?

I don’t have the Premium features anymore, they expired a few days ago.

Are you using any Proxy/VPN that might be preventing you from changing your country setting?

Ok I connected from another device and managed to change my country to France, however I still get an error message when I try to join the Family plan...

It'd be great if you could let me know the exact error message that you're seeing.

It worked this morning. I guess I had to wait a few hours for the change of
address to be effective.
