Change email address and use it for a new account?

Hello,

I would like to create a new account with an email address already in use in another account. If I change the email in account A, could I use the old email address from account A for account B?

PS: If anyone wonders, this is to create the new account in the spotify app and being able to choose my username (unlike creating your account through a desktop browser).

If you'd like to change the email addresses on your accounts, there's steps here. Be sure to follow this for both accounts.

But if you'd like to swap the emails on each account over, or if you don't have access to any of the accounts or their email addresses, we'd recommend getting in contact with us directly, or by tweeting our support handle. We'll be able to help you out backstage.
