Change email address on my account

Hi

When i try to change the email account linked to  my spotify account it says that the email address already has an account associated with it but i only have one account. I have opened a question in your support system but i have not heard from you. I opened the question 2013-07-26 and i have not heard from you. 

The error message i get when i try to register my email address is: Another account is already registered with this email address

And when i try to get the credentials for the account i get: Unfortunately there is no email address associated with the specified user. We are therefore unable to send a password retrieval URL to you.
