Hi, I'm now living in Canada, but my subscription is still based in the U.K. I tried to go in and update my profile location but the country box was greyed out. I then tried to enter my Canadian bank account details and it said the bank details didn't match the location. But I am unable to update the location.

 

Please can you help?

Hey @benmoist, welcome to the community!

 

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to update your account's country.

 

In case you're unable to update the country, it'd be best to cancel the subscription, and resubscribe with your Canadian payment method when the account goes back to Free.
