Change my User Name

Hello,

My User Name is gmklvyahk89fp141zm6gh5qnb which is very annoying.

I want to change it, but from some reason I can't.

I'll be more Than Happy if you can help me and change it to Leron1990, or if you can send me a guide to do so.

If from some reason you are unable to change it, is it possible to delete my account and open a new account with the same a-mail (and different user name of course)?

Hey @user-removed!

Sounds like you might have opted out of sharing your data with Facebook. You can check this on your account page here. You should also make sure that on Facebook's end here, Spotify has to be allowed to have access to personal data.

Unfortunately at this time it is not possible to change an account’s username. The closest you can get is to link your Spotify account to your Facebook profile again so that your Facebook display name is the one shown on your account.

If you are really desperate to change your username, it is possible to create a new account!

2018 is coming to end and you STILL CANT change your username on Spotify! Its unbelievable that something basic like this is still not fixed!
