Change my country account

Hello,

I did my Spotify Account in Spain a lot of years ago, but now I am living in Germany. I want to enter in the Premium of my family but I cant because the Spotify Family was made in Germany. In my settings I have Germany as country, and then I dont understand why cant enter. Maybe is the problem my Facebook login??
