Change my country

Hello,

I'm not able to change my country from France to Canada. I want to change it in order to change my credit card for premium subscription. soptify is not allowing me to as the country button is white (not clicakble) I've been trying for two days. Please help

Helloooo. It's not working. So strange. Each time I change the payment method it says change to canada then it doesn't actually change the country neither the payment method
