Change of Country

Have moved to another country and wan to swap my profile to where I am now, but sadly Spotify cannot do this  and I have to contact Admin to get them to swap countries, they dont have a support email address that I have found or telephone number, does this mean the Spotify Admin guys are on the Forums then ?
