Hi all, 

Hi all, 

 

I am a Spotify Premium user and just signed up for the Spotify Family Plan but noticed that my renewal date has been changed from the 25th of December to the 20th of December right after I submitted my payment details for the Family Plan.

 

Please advise why the renewal date has been changed? Seems to me that I have been shortchanged by 5 days.

I dont know how Spotify "partial monthly subscriptions" defines, but when you upgraded you agreed to the terms which state "There are no refunds or credits for partial monthly subscriptions". I hope my assumption is wrong.
