Change of Username and how to dissociate a Spotify account from Facebook?

Hi, 

I have 2 accounts, "blanchegonzalez" and the other where I misspelled my name: "blanchegonzalalez". I purchased the premium subsciption on the misspelled account. Now, I want to change the username for that account, how will I be able to do so? 

Since, I am now using the misspelled account "blanchegonzalalez" I would like to diassociate that account from my facebook. Please help.

I have already tried to go to my facebook account and remove the Spotify app in attempt to dissociate the Spotify account which it was connected to.
