Change of country not possible

Hi there,

 

I`ve let my spotify premium run out today in order to join the family premium of my new partner. I always get an error doing so that we aren`t in the same country! 

 

My current account is in Germany whilst the family premium is in Switzerland where we live now. My problem is I can`t change the country, if I go to account this field is unclickable. I tried it in the browser (chrome) in the app (android) I can`t find the function to change country.

 

Please help. I want to go back to premium 🙂

Thank you for reaching out to us here in the Community.

 

Can you confirm if you followed these steps:

  1. Log in to your account page
  2. Click EDIT PROFILE
  3. Scroll down to Country or region and select your new place from the dropdown list.
  4. Click SAVE PROFILE.

Note: Your new country or region only shows when you’re actually there, so it would be great if you can confirm if you're in Switzerland at the moment?
