Change of country not working

Change of country not working

I have moved from Germany to Australia. I am trying to update my country via the payment method as described in the Help Guide. 

When I select Australia, it takes me to an error page:  "We are all mixed up"

 

I would like to input my new Australian credit card.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

You should be able to update your country setting b following these steps: 

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Under Your plan, click UPDATE next to your payment method.
  3. Enter a new payment method that was issued in your new country or region.

In some cases, however, this unfortunately doesn't work, which means that you'll need to cancel your subscription and wait for it to end.

 

Once it has ended, you'll be able to update your country setting by using the dropdown menu on your account page and then subscribing again using your new payment method.
