Change payment method

How can I change the payment method? My premium wasn't renewed because I had to cancel my credit card and every time I go to enter my payment information it takes me to the student discount page (which I have already signed up for) so I cannot enter any payment information. Please help!

There is no where to simply update my payment information and I cannot redownload the student discount because I already signed up. This is very frustrating and I have not received anything but an automated response from Spotify. Can I update payment info over the phone?

@user-removed - Spotify don't have telephone support I'm afraid.

If you reply directly to that automated email, that will bump your case over to an adviser who will be happy to lend a hand.

My credit card was cancelled for security due to a fraudulent transaction, i am trying to change my payment method, but a'm afraid of the message that says "before changing your payment method, your automatic suscription must be off!" and up to what i know, spotify suscriptions are always automatic and no way to turn that off. How a'm supposed to do? i don't want to be double charged!
