I had lost my card and had to cancel it. I got a new one and I know for a fact because I can look at my bank statement and see that there is money in there. It still says declined. I even tried a different credit card. Help?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

Can you just double check that your new card meets all of the requirements outlined in this help page most importantly it being registered in the same country as your Spotify profile. 

 

Spotify normally can't see much detail about your card being declined, but the payments team might be able to give you some more assistance if you email in via the support form
