Change plan from duo to family

Change plan from duo to family

Every time I try to change my plan from Duo to Family I get an error message. I go into the browser and select change plan. When I click select on the family plan it says “Oops! Something went wrong, please try again.” I’ve tried many times and no luck.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I believe that you'll first need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you should be able to subscribe to Premium Family here.
