Change "Country" to "Country or Region"

My Question or Issue

I found that on the page for filling in the profile, there is an item of "country", which cannot resolve some "regions" with territorial disputes in the world. I suggest developers change this item from "country" to "country or region " in order to fulfil the wishes of all users.
