Change the Country to my account

Dears,
I live in Italy and my mobile is connected to an Italy mobile provider.. unfortunatelly my company have an internet provider that is located in Netherlands. Each time that I connect from the web browser at work to listen music ... it automatically change the country and is not possible anymore to use spotify on the mobile devices.... It is very frustrating....
PLease help me I want that my country is fixed in a definitive way to Italy

That seems rather inconvenient indeed but I'm here to help. Are you using Spotify Premium and have you linked Facebook to your Spotify account?

Hey, I have the exact same problem and my account is linked with Facebook. I just moved to the US and would like to change the country

Hello! 

I can´t change my country either, the problem is that I log with my e-mail and the account isn´t link to my Facebook account.

I can´t open the app  on my mobile device, it says that I´m only allowed to use it 14 days outside the country.

Does anybody knows how to change the country from the web?
