Change the country and add to my Premium family

I travel often to Australia for work sometimes for long periods, I have my Spotify account created in Australia, as a free account, however, i want to add my self in to the family account created at home for the rest of my family, but looks like i cant get added to it, since the country is set up as Australia. and i cannot seem to change the country too as its auto picking Australia, and Canada is not an option to select from the drop-down.

thanks for the quick response!

 

As your account details are all listed in Australia (Payment method and residents) it automatically presents it.

A premium account can have a country settings change following the steps on this guide.

 

Because you use a Free account which is limited to 14 days use in a different country, i wouldn't suggest doing so.

 

What i suggest doing is creating a new Premium account (no limitations using it in a different country) listing it to the right details and when returning back to Australia, using the Change Country guide added above to align it again to the right country.

Note: A member invited to a Family Plan should have his own Premium account listed under the same country and phyisical address as the owner

Please scroll down to the "Manage your Premium for Family plan" and read all info written under "Change address".

Hay, Thanks a lot. I want to change the country of My, membership, to add it to my partner's plan, who has the family plan. guess the help page talks about the person who owns the plan, not its members,
