Change user name

i created a User Name when testing spotify; i now want to move to a premium Account, at the same time Creating a New User Name and without Losing My playlists... is it possible?

You can follow your old account and playlists then copy the tracks into playlists on your new account.

If you make a new account, then star one track from it and then get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will also be able to copy all of those tracks over for you too (if you would prefer someone else do it!)

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
