Hey guys,

unfortunately i couldn't find any answers to my current problem and hope you can help me. I changed my Bank account a few days ago and it took some time until everything was working again. At the moment i'm waiting to activate my bank account in PayPal. Today i should pay for my premium account but it won't happen, due to the not exsisting bank account, which ist currently linked with Spotify. I think it will take 1 or 2 more days until i can link my Spotifyaccount with my "new" PayPal account or Bank account to pay my Spotify Premium. Spotify took the money on the 9th of each month by itself from my creditcard (also not existing anymore). If i link my PayPal account to spotify in 2 days...will they take the money by itself or do i have to transfer it? Do i get problems if i pay it 1-2 days later then usual?

I hope some of you can help me or have some solutions 🙂

You won't immediately lose your subscription. We’ll keep trying to take the payment over the next few days.

 

Once you've added your new payment info to PayPal, please then update your payment details by following the steps here.
