Changed card number, spotify doesnt work

Changed card number, spotify doesnt work

Hi Dears!

Hope you are well;

So i have this issue:

my credit card number changed, so by the expiring date spotify freezed with the red window, saying that monthly payment did not go through and gave option to downgrade.

i did not wish to downgrade, but just changed my new cards no, i could not log into via fb (dont know why) so I made a new account in spotify, registered my new credit card and signed up for premium. Received the spotify receipt and wished to open app. It still shows the red alert wondow and I cant move it away to play my music.

yes, i have:

- restarted my Iphone

- restarted the app

- done all requirementa you suggest, it still is not possible to play music because of the red alert message that ofers me to downgrade.

As you mentioned creating a new account, you also needed to provide new credentials for it.

Can you confirm you're logged in to the correct (new) account ?
