My Question or Issue

I recently moved to Germany from the UK
I changed my profile country to Germany via the website. 

Yet when I try to log in via the program or the app on my phone it displays, "Your country does not match the one set in your profile, to continue update your profile."

It also says (Error code: access point:17)

Hiya,
Try this out 

- error code 17 (out of the blue, no changes or updates etc.) when trying to log in to app (Windows 10 Pro)

- logged in using the browser rather than the app

- changed country

- login to app worked fine

Thanks for your reply here, sorry for the delay on our answer.

 

Could you let us know if you’re still having troubles with this?

 

It might be a good idea to use a different network and turn off your VPN if you're using one and try logging in again.


You could also try preforming  a clean reinstall of the app to clear any old files that might be causing issues.

 

If that doesn't do it for you, we'll need to know if this happens on all your devices and their models and OS version.
