Changed country by putting in US credit card. Country still says Germany.

Hi everybody, since I didnt find any contact number, I guess I'll have to post here. I recently moved to the US and wanted to change my premium subscription to be billed from my US credit card. I wanted to change my country for that, it asked me for my US credit card, I put it in, so far so good. Except that it still says Germany in country and: Subscription status Your Spotify Premium subscription will be automatically renewed on 2014-11-23 and charged 9,99 € + Sales tax, unless you cancel your subscription before that time. So, any ideas? Waiting is not an option, I have already billed in Euros once, it just doesnt update. Very annoying 😕 Thanks!

The best way to get this fixed would probably be to contact Spotify support directly you can do that here. If you get an automated reply just reply directly to that email (even if it is a no-reply). They should be able to find out what is going on, and make sure the country is set correctly so you are not being billed uncorrectly and your account information stays accurate. You can also sometimes get faster service via twitter at @Spotifycares.

Hope this gets sorted out for you! 🙂

Hope this helped 🙂
