Changed country settings and can't go online

Hi, I changed my country setting and now Spotify won't let me me go online. I've changed back the country setting to what it was originally, but I still can't go online. Help plz.

Do you get any error messages when you go online? 

I would suggest that you try a clean re installation of the client to rule out it being a client issue.

Mikolai - Have you tried updating your details from your profile page? Once updated, if you then restart your Spotify, you should be ok.

Hi Sam, thanks for the reply. When I try to change my settings I get the following message.

"Your account can no longer be used from abroad, since the maximum travel time is 14 days for a Spotify Free account. To continue using Spotify from abroad, sign up for Spotify Premium which gives you unlimited travel access."

I've been using Spotify for around 2 months now from the same location and have never had these issues before.

Qatar - in the Middle East. Never had any problems, previously 😞

Spotify is currently not available in the middle east, which is why you are getting this error.

I know, but I never had any trouble using it Qatar before (for over two months) without any kind of proxy server.  it was only when I tried to change my country setting that it stopped working.
