Changed email address for my Facebook account and lost my playlist and subscription

Hello, i changed my Facebook Email long time ago and had no problems so far. But today Spotify was asking me for my password and so i needed to enter my new Email. Then Spotify forced me to create a new account so i lost all of my playlist and subscription.

 

Please help me 😞

Hey @Maellow 🙂

 

When you first registered for Spotify, did you get a Spotify username (which is seperate to your email address)? 

If so, you just need to log back in using that username and your Spotify password to get back to you account. 

 

If not, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further in recovering your account. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
