Changed facebook account but old account still charged, need funds on new account.

Changed facebook account but old account still charged, need funds on new account.

I have tried using the Contact Form but the turn around time for a responds is slow and my problem is time sensitive.

I had an account with an old facebook account, decided to get new account, deleted that account and cancel spotify.

Created new account and signed up facebook and started the free subscription of spotify while the other account was still technically paid till 6/17.  Well my bank was charged on 6/18 for 9.99. Was thinking it was for new account but looking at my billing history for new account see i am still on free subscription till 6/23. I need to transfer the funds from the old account to the new one if a refund can not be done. I have taken funds out of my bank account to stop another charge from happening. Please assist.

I am really disappointed with the amount of "support" I've gotten on this matter I have read all thru the forums and FAQ. Contact form is down, and no one responds to support@spotify.com as I have emailed them.  If you can not transfer the payment that was already taken out of my bank account and applied to the old spotify account  then I need yall to unlink both spotify accounts to facebook so i can relink them so the old spotify account is linked to my new facebook account.

I'm having a similar problem and need help!  Spotify customer service sends an auto reply saying it's "certain that it's online FAQs" will answer my questions!!!  But if they did, I wouldn't have written the query.

 

I, too, set up Spotify Premium with one Facebook account and now cannot get my paid Premium Spotify on my correct FB account.  Cannot find anything in the FAQs about how to switch my Spotify Premium from my old FB account to the new one.  Can anyone help with this?  Thanks,.
