Changed facebook password and now my playlists don't show up and premium is gone?

I was getting the message that someone was on my account, I assumed it was my Sonos device automaticlly playing, (it's been haveing issues) but that's besides the point. I reset and hit to log out so that Sonos would stop playing and when I logged back in, I lost premium and I have no playlists. Personally I'm incedibly frustrated about this. Checking my account tells me I have never had premium, which is 100% false. My subscription should not have run out until the 15th, that considering I remebered to actually cancel it for the month. I need help in solving this issue, thanks.

Sounds to me as if your Spotify and Facebook account got unlinked. Try logging in with your Spotify account username and password, not your email address/Facebook details. That should give you access to your subscription account.

 

You may need to contact Spotify so they can find the accounts and link them again. Click here for the contact support form

Yeah I did not relize i had a spotify account, thought it was just facebook. After looking through my emails I discovered the username. everything was there, thanks.
