When I try to change it to the new email, it says that the email is already taken (maybe a previous account I made?). When I try logging in to that account, I could not even after trying my usual passwords. When I tried changing the password, it says that I am trying to login using Facebook credentials and should change the FB password.
All I am trying to do is change the email in the Spotify account to the new email as the old email is inactive.
Can't contact customer support since they will respond to the old email which is inactive. I tweeted at @SpotifyCares but doesn't seem to be responding.
