I just changed my Spotify password. I had forgotten it and I needed to log in to another computer to print out my receipts. Now Spotify has erased the details of my Family account and tells me I am on a free account. The only thing I did was change the password. Can someone help? I want my Family account back, and I need my receipts.

It's possible that you have two separate accounts, if you used Facebook to log in or create your Spotify account.
