Changed payment method, still charging the old one!

Urgent!!!

I have arranged online, through spotify, to change my payment to a different card. It's still keep charging my old card, which resulting in NSF charges. Please kindly stop this from happening to my old card through paypal (which have been cancelled the auto payment), and charge my subscription to the new credit card I entered a little while back, please!

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

As this is a payment issue, I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify should be able to stop the old card being charged, and start the new one (if you've linked it already).

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
