Changed residence, can't change account settings?

I moved to another country, first had Spotify free, then I changed my country settings. After a while I got premium, and due to my payment method refers to my home country I changed the country settings back. 

Now I cannot change back to the current place I'm living. Already changed back to free. But I can't adjust the country anymore.

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to update your information. Make sure you're following these steps to update the country.

You can also try using a different device altogether to see if it helps.
