Changed to free account some time ago and have still been getting charged each month!

Changed to free account some time ago and have still been getting charged each month!

I've been on a free account for a while now, it even says I am on a free account when I go into my account screen. 

 

However when I go into the payment history I have been charged 9.99 a month!!! Can I get my money back please and how do I then cancel my account. Not happy about this.

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and see what is going on:

If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
