Changing Country Issues

I recently moved from Ireland to the USA and tried changing my premium subscription to a USA one to no avail.  I was not able to change my payment method to a US card, nor was I able to change the country in my profile - it was grayed out.  

 

After following the advice of people on here, I canceled my premium subscription and renewed it with a USA card, however my profile still says Ireland and all the music is UK playlists, charts, etc.

 

Will it change once the new subscription kicks in on the 23rd?

Hey @sophie34,

 

Sounds like you're able to successfully changed the payment method to the US. Don't worry, since your last payment was made using an Irish payment method, the country settings won't change immediately.

 

If you're seeing a renewal stamp on your Subscription page, your account will change its country settings at the same time your subscription renews using your US-based payment method.
