Changing Country/Region is Changing My Plan

My Question or Issue

I am currently on a Student Premium Plan in Canada, but I want to switch my payment method to United States credit card. When I try to change the region, I automatically get enrolled in the Duo Premium Plan. If I try to switch back to the Student Plan or Individual Plan, I get a popup saying "you are not eligible for that plan. Please choose another plan." How can I change my country/region to change my payment method while retaining my same plan?

Thank you for sharing this with the Community!
Your profile country needs to match the country you are a student in and using a US payment method will automatically change your profile country to the US.
Aside from that though, as we do not have access to your accounts from the Community, could you confirm to us what the current status of your subscription is?
We'll take it from there 🙂
